These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of livingtheroots.com and to every order placed with Living the Roots. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products

●      We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colour, wood grain, print, size and finish may vary slightly, especially on handmade and traditional items, and such variations are normal and not faults.

●      All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or withdraw any product at any time.

Orders and when a contract is formed

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Until that point we may decline or cancel your order for any reason, including where an item is out of stock or where a pricing or description error has occurred. If we cancel before dispatch, we will refund any payment taken for that order.

Prices and payment

●      All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change at any time.

●      If we find an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may treat the order as cancelled.

●      Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They cannot be used once expired and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to Living the Roots and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Our liability

Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these Terms at any time, and the version shown on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
